Suzie Gilliam
Suzie Gilliam is a dedicated, heart-centered counselor, practitioner, coach, teacher, facilitator, therapist, ceremonialist, and modern-day priestess with an intention to support the innate wisdom, truth, and personal power of all those she is in service to. She is a mother of two grown children and caretaker of her sweet fur-babies, her gardens, and her sacred sanctuary in Sedona, AZ. Suzie is noted for her compassion and wisdom that comes from the depth of her life experience, her academic studies devoted to understanding the human psyche and how the body stores trauma, and the ongoing spiritually therapeutic training in new thought and ageless wisdom. Her personal traumatic experiences set the stage for her life’s devotion to prayer, meditation, and continuous study of the Sacred.
Her passion for gardening and working with healing herbs began as an infant in the dirt with her mother and grandmother. These two wise herbalist women passed along their knowledge of sacred herbs. Thus her deep relationship with the land and the healing power of the plant world was born.
The Way Through
For many years, Suzie adapted to her role as a manager climbing the ladder of success, and then one day she began to listen more deeply to the inner desire of her heart and found that something else was calling her. Having worked a total of over 20 years serving the latter part as a director at a world-renowned medical university, along with her specialization and Masters in Somatic Psychology, and training as an EMDR practitioner, spiritual counselor, energy worker, Reiki Master, Kundalini Yoga teacher, herbalist, aromatherapist, and breathwork practitioner, just to name a few, her life serves as a bridge from the mundane to the Sacred. It is through her work that Suzie is able to honor the timelessness of ancient wisdom, while also honoring the vast contributions that modern medicine can offer.
Working with Plants that Heal
After a lifetime of taking the time to center into the vastness of the seen and unseen worlds of plant medicine, Suzie has created a line of completely natural, high vibration, organic skincare products sourced from her own garden. These oils, creams, soaps, lotions, and potions have been called “a little slice of heaven” and are currently available for all to enjoy. Suzie is also an artist with feathers, beads, and leathers and creates handmade and made-to-order eco jewelry and fans for sacred smoke.

Having been through the depths of darkness herself, Suzie brings her keen insight into teaching, facilitating psychotherapeutic and spiritually driven counseling and coaching sessions, facilitating workshops and retreats, and developing partnerships with other wholistic practitioners. Her presence is a testament of how far she has come to be a mirror of light for others as she has ignited this same Light within herself. Through her journey, she has discovered healing and alchemical gifts and can bring them forward gracefully from the unseen realm to the physical earth plane. Suzie offers her clients an experience that is deep, beautiful, and magical, with a tremendous release, and a greater sense of clarity and life purpose.
